5. Delivery
The product is delivered the day after the payment is registered and shipping is free. The package should arrive within 1 to 6 business days, but the delivery time depends on the delivery address and the shipping method chosen.
6. Return Policy
We are confident in our products, which is why we offer a lifetime warranty. Once we have determined that you have received a defective product, we ask that you please send us an e-mail with the details of the problem and photos to info@astreea-france.com . Once the malfunction is established, the return will be made to our factory address, 7 Rue Pierre Picard, 75018 Paris, France and a replacement product will be sent to you immediately.
7. Cancellation Policy
If no payment is received within 7 days of receipt of the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
8. Other
Each of the paragraphs of these terms and conditions shall apply individually. If a court or competent authority decides that any of them is illegal or unenforceable, the other paragraphs remain applicable and in force.
